Easy Baked Brie With Tempting Caramel Apple Topping

When should you make this?

This delicious dessert brie is the perfect October treat. As October is both National Apple Month and National Caramel Month, it was only appropriate to make a brie recipe that encompasses both. This caramel apple baked brie is a delicious dark, sugary, and creamy creation that is sure to tempt your taste buds towards another bite.

This is an adaptation from a recipe that uses a caramel sauce very much full of dairy. In case you missed this blog post, one brie in this pod, Amber, has an aggressive dairy sensitivity. As a result, we concocted our own unrecognizably vegan caramel sauce. The sauce was very thick and rich in flavor and super easy to make. We chose maple syrup to complement the brown sugar. The result was a delicious autumn dessert sure to please any sweet cravings.
