Breakfast Crescent Rolls with a Fig and Brie Surprise

Looking for a way to add brie to your morning meal? Look no further. We’ve got just the recipe! These quick and easy brie crescent rolls are a creative and delicious way to make a brie-lightful breakfast.

The key ingredient to this recipe is Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls. The good thing about these are not only the ease of use, but they’re allergy friendly as well. With no milk or dairy ingredients, they’re a great flaky treat with a buttery facade. To bring out the buttery flavor even more, the brie is a perfect pair to stuff inside.

Our Experience

As Keri’s sister shares the same brie fandom as we do, we must give credit where it’s due. She was the first to introduce us to this breakfast hack. With years of topping crescents with butter or jam, she thought it best to try it out with a bit of brie inside. And can you guess how it turned out? We actually wound up doubling our most recent batch and found mere crumbs in a matter of minutes!

Now, we decided to amp up the recipe by adding Dalmatia Fig Spread. And from our previous posts, you’d know this spread never fails to disappoint. The sweetness of the fig adds just the right amount of flavor and received an overwhelming amount of compliments when we made it. Whether you decide to spread the fig on the entire dough or scoop as a dollop on top, it will do the job just fine.
