The Founders

Hi everyone, I’m Amber, one of the bries in a pod. I am 27 years old. Despite my immense love for cheese, I recently fell prey to a dairy allergy. You can read more about my allergy and the obstacles I face in this blog post. I have my master’s degree in English from The College of New Jersey and I am a writer and aspiring novelist. I currently reside in Northern New Jersey with my adorable orange tabby cat named Hennessy. In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing tennis, watching movies, and indulging in Taco Bell-fresco style. 

Hi guys! I’m Keri, the other brie in a pod. I am 28 years old. Unlike Amber, I am allergy free, so I regularly indulge in all things dairy. I have my bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The College of New Jersey. I am the loving mother of a Turtle named George as well as a bunny named Snowy and we reside in Northern New Jersey. In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, baking, and reading. My guilty pleasure is ice cream so my freezer is always stocked with a tub of anything with chocolate.
