Reci-brie Tips
While making you Brie Tomato Pasta recipe, we do have a few tips to note along the way. First, if you’ve ever cooked with coconut oil before, you’ll know the consistency varies depending on the temperature. For a better spread, pop the quantity of oil used in the microwave and drizzle over tomatoes. As an alternative, you can also scoop small portions of the hardened oil over the tomatoes and toss with a spoon after cooking for a few minutes.
Once cooked and ready to serve, we recommend shredding some fresh Parmigiano Reggiano over the top. An A1 hard cheese, this is an essential item to have in your kitchen.
Final Thoughts
The most ideal part of this recipe is the flexibility in cooking it your way. As for spices, you can add virtually any additional seasonings you’d like. For example, if you prefer more heat, feel free to add some red pepper flakes or chili powder. If you like more of a light and fresh taste, chop up some fresh parsley or cilantro. In addition to the spices, if you want to add more veggies or even a meat to the dish, the world is your oyster! Some perfect additions are sautéed onions, grilled zucchini or even crumbled bacon bites. Whatever you choose, definitely use salt, pepper, and garlic powder as a flavor base. Altogether, you’ll have Two Bries dinner with a touch of [insert your name here] flair!
Not only is this recipe a quick-to-cook dinner idea, but it also requires little to no mess. We opted for a disposable aluminum pan to cook the brie and tomato mixture in. Besides that, the only other clean up lies within the cutting board, pot and cutlery.
