A dip is the perfect appetizer for every party because they are easy to make, delicious to eat, and quite versatile. In honor of National Crab Meat Day, we have a crafted a delicious Warm Brie and Crab Artichoke dip. This recipe is sure to impress even the most hard to please guest.
How To Make Warm Brie and Crab Artichoke Dip
If you have made any variation of artichoke dip in the past, we are sure you know how some recipes can be overly complicated. We ditch all of the unnecessary steps, including the stove, making this one of the easiest artichoke dips in the game. All you have to do is simply throw all your ingredients in a bowl, mix together, and then pop that puppy in the oven. The final task is to eat and enjoy.
Can You Prepare Warm Brie and Crab Artichoke Dip In Advance?
Of course! You can easily prepare this recipe ahead of time. Depending on how fast you chop, grate, and mix, the prep time for this recipe can be done in as little as ten minutes. If you are a little slower in the kitchen, prep time can take up to thirty minutes. Either way, this dish is easily and quickly prepared. If you would like to make ahead, you can prepare this dish up to a day ahead of time. Simply mix all the ingredients together, cover with plastic wrap, and then place in the fridge. When you are ready to bake the dip, let it sit on the counter for about an hour to reach room temperature. Then, place in the oven, bake until golden brown around the edges, and serve to your hungry guests.

Warm Brie and Crab Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz brie cheese triple creme
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove pressed or minced
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts in water drained and chopped
- 1 package imitation crab meat chopped
- ¾ cup Parmigiano Reggiano grated
- ⅓ cup green onions with tops thinly sliced
- 1 lemon zested
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Let brie soften and reach room temperature.
- Dice wheel of brie. Combine brie and mayonnaise in mixing bowl. Add garlic. Mix together.
- Drain the artichokes. Chop artichokes and crabmeat and add to mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl: grated cheese, green onions, lemon zest, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a glass casserole dish.
- Bake 30-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Garnish with additional green onions, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 7 whole pita bread rounds
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut each pita round in half and then cut each half into eight triangles.
- Place triangles on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and garlic salt.
- Bake 8-10 minute or until lightly browned.
- Let cool and then serve alongside your favorite dip.
