Bacon Wrapped Brie Bites

These sizzling poppable bacon brie bites are a great and easy recipe idea. Whether you're looking for an on-the-go breakfast pastry or a dinner appetizer these pastry bites will satisfy sweet and salty cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg brie bites
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1 pkg Bacon
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Unroll crescent rolls from tube and cut 8 squares, avoiding the precut perforations. You may use a rolling pin to smooth marks out if desired.
  • Place dough on a nonstick baking sheet.
  • Cut brie bites in half and place each piece in the center of the dough squares.
  • Top each brie with tiny dollops of honey and brown sugar and lightly sprinkle with thyme.
  • Pinch and close the dough, covering the brie and wrap each ball with a slice of bacon.
  • Place in the oven and let cook for 15 minutes or until the bacon becomes crispy.
