- Jam or jelly or preserves or marmalade
- Brie Cheese slices
- Sourdough Bread
- Balsamic Glaze optional
- Oil or Butter for grilling
Spread peanut butter onto one half of bread and spread jam onto the other half.
Place brie slices on top of jelly and then drizzle balsamic glaze over brie.
Place bread half with peanut butter on top of other half.
Heat up skillet and coat with butter or oil of choice.
Place sandwich on skillet with jam side on bottom.
Grill until golden brown and then flip and repeat with other side.
When grilled to desired crispiness, remove from stove and plate.
Cut in half and enjoy all the melty goodness.
