Easy Baked Brie With Tempting Caramel Apple Topping

- 8 oz Brie Wheel
- 1 Apple chopped
- 1 can Coconut Milk 13.5 oz
- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 bag Stacy's Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chip
Preheat the oven to 350°. Place the wheel of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes.
While the brie bakes, combine the canned coconut milk and syrup into a sauce pan. Whisk over medium heat until syrup is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil and let boil for 5-10 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium low and let mixture simmer for 25-35 more minutes, whisking periodically, until sauce thickens.
Stir in chopped apples, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Remove from heat and pour caramel mixture on top of warm baked brie.
Serve warm.
