Easy Creamy Alfredo Impasta with Beautiful Brie and Basil

- 8 oz Brie Cheese cubed and rind removed
- 1 extra large Plum Tomato diced
- ¾ cup Fresh Basil chopped
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 heaping tbsp Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 16 oz Rotini Pasta
Combine the brie, tomato, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until all ingredients are saturated. Cover and let sit in fridge for 2+ hours.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a dash of salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions, typically 10-15 minutes until al dente.
Combine brie mixture with the pasta and stir.
Serve warm.
