Easy Creamy Alfredo Impasta with Beautiful Brie and Basil

This faux-Alfredo pasta dish is a delicious combination of creamy and light.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Brie Cheese cubed and rind removed
  • 1 extra large Plum Tomato diced
  • ¾ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 heaping tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 16 oz Rotini Pasta

Instructions
 

  • Combine the brie, tomato, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until all ingredients are saturated. Cover and let sit in fridge for 2+ hours.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a dash of salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions, typically 10-15 minutes until al dente.
  • Combine brie mixture with the pasta and stir.
  • Serve warm.
