Warm Brie and Crab Artichoke Dip

Buttery brie cheese combines with creamy crab and artichokes to create a mouth watering dip. This rich appetizer is perfect for entertaining a crowd year round.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz brie cheese triple creme
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove pressed or minced
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts in water drained and chopped
  • 1 package imitation crab meat chopped
  • ¾ cup Parmigiano Reggiano grated
  • cup green onions with tops thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon zested
  • tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Let brie soften and reach room temperature.
  • Dice wheel of brie. Combine brie and mayonnaise in mixing bowl. Add garlic. Mix together.
  • Drain the artichokes. Chop artichokes and crabmeat and add to mixing bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl: grated cheese, green onions, lemon zest, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Spoon mixture into a glass casserole dish.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Garnish with additional green onions, if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy!
